How do I activate OCBC Malaysia OneTouch™/OneLook™?
- Download and launch OCBC Malaysia Mobile Banking app.
- Tap on the icon or next to the Login ID field to activate.

Can I activate OCBC Malaysia OneTouch™/OneLook™ on multiple phones?
For the security of your accounts, you can only activate OCBC OneTouch™/OneLook™ on ONE phone at a time. -
I have changed my phone to a new one. Can I continue using OCBC OneTouch™/OneLook™ on my new phone?
Yes, just activate OCBC OneTouch™/OneLook™ on your new phone. The OCBC OneTouch™/OneLook™ service on your old phone will be automatically deactivated. -
I have activated OCBC OneTouch™/OneLook™ but would like to deactivate the service, how do I do so?
You can deactivate OneTouch™/OneLook™ by following the steps below:
- Launch OCBC Malaysia Mobile Banking app.
- Log in to your account via OneTouch™/OneLook™.
- Tap on the top left Menu '=' > Settings > Deactivate OCBC OneTouch/OneLook.
