  • How do I view my account details?

    OCBC Internet Banking

    1. Log in to your account via OCBC Internet Banking.
    2. Go to Your accounts > Overview > What you have (Assets) > Deposits section.
    3. Point to the Current/Savings account that you wish to view.
    4. Click on 'Details/Transactions' in the pop-up box to view the account details accordingly.

    OCBC Mobile Banking

    1. Log in to your account via OCBC Malaysia Mobile Banking app.
    2. Tap on What you have > Current/Savings Accounts to view respective accounts.
  • Can I download a receipt of a transaction that I performed via OCBC Online Banking?

    There is no receipt function at the moment. However, you can always retrieve and check your transaction records via OCBC Internet Banking.

    To check transaction records,

    1. Log in to your account via OCBC Internet Banking.
    2. Go to:

      Option 1:
      Customer Service > Check internet transaction status.

      Option 2:
      Payment & transfer > Transfer funds/Pay Bills > Check transaction status on the left menu.

      Option 3:
      Your accounts > Overview > Select any account under Deposits > Details/Transactions > Check transaction status on the left menu.

    3. Enter all required details based on your requirement and click 'Submit' to complete the request.
  • How do I view or download my account transaction history?

    OCBC Internet Banking

    1. Log in to your account via OCBC Internet Banking.
    2. Go to Your accounts > Overview > What you have (Assets) > Deposits section.
    3. Point to the Current/Savings account that you wish to view.
    4. Click on 'Details/Transactions' in the pop-up box to view Transaction History.
    5. To download, kindly scroll to the end and click 'Print'/ 'Download' option.

    OCBC Mobile Banking

    1. Log in to your account via OCBC Malaysia Mobile Banking app.
    2. Tap on What you have > Current/Savings Accounts to view respective accounts.
    3. Scroll down to view transaction history.

    Note: OCBC Mobile Banking lets you view transactions only.
  • Can I set savings goals for my Savings Account?

    Yes, you can set savings goals for your Savings Account via OCBC Internet Banking. This 'Savings Goals' feature helps you instill that savings discipline so you can achieve your financial goals in time.

    Note: The money that has been set aside for your goals cannot be accessed from ATM withdrawals, GIROs, or any other deductions.

    Option 1

    1. Log in to your account via OCBC Internet Banking.
    2. Go to Your accounts > Overview > What you have (Assets) > Deposits section.
    3. Point to Savings account that you wish to view.
    4. Click on 'Details/Transactions' in the pop-up box.
    5. Click on +Add a new goal to set your savings goals.

    Option 2

    1. Log in to your account via OCBC Internet Banking.
    2. Go to Your accounts > Overview.
    3. Scroll down and refer to the right menu next to 'What you have (Assets)'> Deposits section > Saving Goals.
    4. Click on +Add goal under 'Saving Goals' section to set your savings goals accordingly.
  • Can I change my savings goals after setting it?

    Yes, you can manage your saving goals via OCBC Internet and Mobile Banking.

    OCBC Internet Banking

    • Edit your goals.
    • Add/Withdraw money to/from your goals

    OCBC Mobile Banking

    • Add/Withdraw money to/from your goals

    Option 1

    1. Log in to your account via OCBC Internet Banking.
    2. Go to Your accounts > Overview > What you have (Assets) > Deposits section.
    3. Point to Savings account that you wish to view.
    4. Click on 'Details/Transactions' in the pop-up box.
    5. Click on 'Edit your goal' or 'Add/Withdraw money' to edit/add/withdraw money from your saving goals.

    Option 2

    1. Log in to your account via OCBC Internet Banking.
    2. Go to Your accounts > Overview.
    3. Scroll down and refer to the right menu next to 'What you have (Assets)'> Deposits section > Saving Goals.
    4. Click on 'Manage' under the 'Saving Goals' section.
    5. Select 'Edit your goal' or 'Add/Withdraw money' in the pop-up box to edit/add/withdraw money from your savings goals.

    OCBC Mobile Banking

    1. Log in to your account via OCBC Malaysia Mobile Banking app.
    2. Tap on What you have > Category name for Saving Goals.
    3. Select 'Withdraw money' or 'Add money' to perform the request.
  • Can I open my new Savings Account/-i via OCBC Online Banking

    Yes, you can open your Savings Account/-i via OCBC Online Banking.

    OCBC Internet Banking

    1. Log in to your account via OCBC Internet Banking.
    2. Go to Open an account > Savings.
    3. Choose the type of Savings account/-i you wish to open.
    4. Enter all required details (i.e. funding account, amount, preferred branch, personal particulars, etc.) and click 'Next'.
    5. Review all details and click 'Submit' to proceed.

    Note:
    All customers are only allowed to have one (1) account for each product/account type. For example, if you have an existing Booster Account, you will not be able to open another new Booster Account via OCBC Internet Banking.

    OCBC Mobile Banking (Applicable for OCBC 360 Account Opening only)

    1. Download and launch OCBC Malaysia Mobile Banking app.
    2. Tap on 'Apply' icon which is located at the bottom of OCBC Malaysia Mobile Banking app login page.
    3. Tap on 'OCBC 360 Account’.
    4. Complete your identification verification (i.e. MyKad, selfie), fill in all personal details and click 'Submit’.
    5. Once account created, proceed to create your Login ID and Password (if you are not an existing OCBC Online Banking user).
    6. Log in to your account via OCBC Online Banking and fund the account via 1st party instant funding (FPX) to complete the account opening process.

  • What are the types of accounts available if I wish to open my account via OCBC Online Banking?

    The Savings account/-i available for account opening via OCBC Online Banking are:

    OCBC Internet Banking

    1. OCBC 360 Account
    2. OCBC 360 Account-i
    3. OCBC Booster Account
    4. OCBC Booster Account-i

    OCBC Mobile Banking

    1. OCBC 360 Account
  • How long does it take for the account to be opened?

    The account opening is immediate*. After completing your account opening via OCBC Online Banking, you can view it in your account summary and start performing online transactions using the newly opened account.

    *Note:
    Should further verification be required, the account opening will take up to 5 working days.

  • How do I place a new deposit for my new Savings Account/-i?

    You may use FPX to transfer in money from any of your other bank account(s). To learn more about FPX, please click here.

    OR

    You may transfer money from your existing OCBC Bank Current/Savings Account/-i (if you have it).

  • Will I get a new Debit Card for the new account opening via OCBC Online Banking?

    If you are an existing OCBC Debit Cardholder, the newly opened account will automatically be linked to your existing OCBC Debit Card.

    If you are new OCBC 360 Account customer and do not have any existing OCBC Debit Card, an OCBC Debit Card will be sent to you. You will be notified when the debit card is out for delivery (approximately 5 working days).
