How to activate

OCBC OneTouch
OCBC OneLook

Easily access your account information with fingerprint authentication (available on both iOS and Android). First, ensure that OCBC OneToken has been activated.

Tap on the fingerprint icon on the login screen of the OCBC Malaysia Mobile Banking app to activate.

Tap on "ACTIVATE OCBC ONETOUCH".

Enter your Login ID and Password.

For verification, key in the 6-digit OTP by revealing One Time Password (OTP) on screen, then click "Submit".

OCBC OneTouch^™ is activated. You can now bank securely.
