Apply for a lump sum withdrawal to reduce / redeem Housing Loan
You can either call Contact Centre or complete the Service Request LSD002 form. -

Cost to obtain bank statement for EPF withdrawal
Please refer to the fees and charges document here. -
Duration to get bank statement for EPF withdrawal
You will receive the bank statement within 8 working days after the Bank receives your original request, duly signed. -
Location to collect bank statement for EPF withdrawal
You can collect your statement at any OCBC branch or you can request to have us send it to your mailing address. The delivery cost imposed by the courier company will be debited from your loan/financing account. -
Photocopy of security documents for EPF withdrawal on the same day
We are unable to process the request on the same day. We will forward the security documents within 8 working days after the receipt of your original signed request. -
Requested copy of SPA not given by the bank
We will not have the original SPA if the title has already been issued when you applied for the loan. If you have lost your original SPA, please obtain a certified true copy from the SPA solicitor. -
Credit proceeds from reducing / redeeming housing loan account as advance instalment
Please apply the Housing Loan monthly instalment withdrawal if you wish to utilise the EPF fund for instalment payment. -

No. Please apply for yearly (lump sum) withdrawal. The proceeds will be credited as capital repayment. -
Apply for bank statement to facilitate EPF withdrawal
You can apply for the bank statement to facilitate your EPF withdrawal. If your loan account has 2 borrowers, either one may apply. -
Apply for bank statement as the chargor of the property
Only the borrower can apply for the bank statement.
