What is DuitNow Transfer?
DuitNow Transfer is an instant fund transfer function for you to transfer funds to someone's DuitNow ID or bank account. Funds will be credited immediately to the beneficiary account upon completion of the successful fund transfer. -
Will there be any charges for fund transfers using DuitNow Transfer?
No, DuitNow Transfer service is free of charge. -
What is the maximum transfer limit per day for DuitNow Transfer?
Up to RM50,000 per day for both Internet Banking and Mobile Banking fund transfers. This is part of your third party transfer limit. -
How do I perform fund transfers to other bank account via DuitNow Transfer?
OCBC Internet Banking
New Transfer
- Log in to your account via OCBC Internet Banking.
- Go to Payment & transfer > Transfer funds > New transfer > to other bank account.
- Select 'DuitNow (Instant Transfer)' under Transfer Mode.
- Enter all required details and click 'Next'.
- Verify all details and click 'Submit' to proceed.
Favourite Transfer
- Log in to your account via OCBC Internet Banking.
- Go to Payment & transfer > Transfer funds > Favourite transfer > to other bank account.
- Select your debiting account and enter all required details.
- Select 'Transfer now' under 'When to transfer' > 'DuitNow (Instant Transfer)' as your transfer mode, click 'Next'.
- Verify all details and click 'Submit' to proceed with the transfer.
OCBC Mobile Banking
New Transfer
- Log in to your account via OCBC Malaysia Mobile Banking app.
- Go to the top left Menu '=' > Transfer > To an account in other bank > *+Transfer to new payee.
- Select your debiting account.
- Choose 'DuitNow (Instant Transfer)' under 'How to transfer'.
- Enter all required details and 'Slide to Submit'.
- Verify all details and click 'Confirm Transfer' to proceed.

*Applicable to customers with favourite/registered beneficiary list only. Please proceed to step 3 if you do not have/never add any favourite account.
Favourite Transfer
- Log in to your account via OCBC Malaysia Mobile Banking app.
- Go to the top left Menu '=' > Transfer > To an account in other bank.
- Choose your favourite beneficiary/recipient that you wish to transfer funds to.
- Select 'DuitNow (Instant Transfer)' under 'How to transfer'.
- Enter all required details and 'Slide to Submit'.
- Verify all details and click 'Confirm Transfer' to proceed.

How do I perform fund transfers to someone's DuitNow ID via DuitNow Transfer?
OCBC Internet Banking
New Transfer
- Log in to your account via OCBC Internet Banking.
- Go to Payment & transfer > Transfer funds > New transfer > to mobile, NRIC and other DuitNow IDs.
- Select your debiting account and DuitNow ID type.
- Enter the DuitNow ID number and click 'Search'.
- Enter all required details, select 'Transfer now' under 'When to transfer', and click 'Next'.
- Verify all details and click 'Submit' to proceed.
Favourite Transfer
- Log in to your account via OCBC Internet Banking.
- Go to Payment & transfer > Transfer funds > Favourite transfer > to mobile, NRIC and other DuitNow IDs.
- Select your debiting account and enter all required details.
- Select 'Transfer now' under 'When to transfer', and click 'Next'.
- Verify all details and click 'Submit' to proceed.

- Log in to your account via OCBC Malaysia Mobile Banking app.
- Go to the top left Menu '=' > Transfer > To DuitNow ID > select DuitNow ID type.
- Select your debiting account.
- Enter all required details and 'Slide to Submit'.
- Verify all details and click 'Confirm Transfer' to proceed.
Favourite Transfer
- Log in to your account via OCBC Malaysia Mobile Banking app.
- Go to the top left Menu '=' > Transfer > To DuitNow ID > Registered recipient.
- Choose your favourite beneficiary/recipient that you wish to transfer funds to.
- Enter all required details and 'Slide to Submit'.
- Verify all details and click 'Confirm Transfer' to proceed.

Is there any cut-off time for the DuitNow Transfer service?
No, you can perform DuitNow Transfer transactions at any time via the channels below:- Internet Banking (24 hours)
- Mobile Banking (24 hours)
DuitNow Transfer transactions are transferred immediately to the beneficiary accounts.
Note:
Transactions performed after 9.45pm will be reflected in your statement as the next day's transaction.
