Online Banking

1. Login to online banking
2. Enter your Login ID, Password and one-time password
3. Select the “Credit Card”

 

Phone Banking 

1. Dial 03 8317 5000
2. Select language preference
3. Press 1 for account information, fund transfer and other account-related services
4. Enter your phone code followed by PIN
5. Press 1 for “Account and Credit Card Balance”

 

You can view them via online banking

1. Login to online banking
2. Enter your Login ID, Password and one-time password
3. Select the “Credit Card” and then click on “unbilled transactions”

1. Upon logging in to online banking, go to “My Account – Credit Card - Monthly Statement”
2. select card No
3. Select Month to view
