What is JomPAY?
JomPAY allows you to pay any bill through a bank's Internet Banking service (including OCBC Bank's) using funds from your Savings, Current or Credit Card accounts.

Is there any fee for using JomPAY?
No. JomPay is a free service.

Do I have to register before making JomPAY payments?
No, but you must have Internet Banking access with OCBC Bank.

What is the crediting time for JomPAY?
If you make a JomPAY payment before 5.00pm on a banking business day, the Biller will receive payment on the same day. For JomPAY payments made after 5.00pm on a standard banking business day, the Biller will receive payment on the next banking business day.
If you make a payment on a non-banking day, such as on a weekend or a public holiday, the Biller will receive the payment on the next banking business day.

What is Ref-1?
Ref-1 is a unique number used by your Biller to identify your payment. Ref-1 is printed next to the JomPAY logo on your bill/ statement/ invoice.

Is there a limit for JomPAY payments?
Since JomPAY transactions are performed via Internet Banking, your daily Internet Banking limit will apply. Some Billers may also charge a limit on the amount payable via certain accounts.

What should I do if my JomPAY payment is unsuccessful?
First, do check that your Biller Code and Ref-1 are correctly stated. If the problem persists, contact us at 1300-88-7000 (within Malaysia) or (603) 8317 5200 (outside Malaysia) from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (excluding public holidays) for further assistance.
