  • Where can I obtain the softcopy Trade Application Forms?

    You can download the required Application Forms from the Forms page. All completed forms are to be submitted to your nearest Business Banking Service Desk. Alternatively, you can also choose to submit your application online via OCBC Velocity.

    Should you require additional information or have further enquiries regarding OCBC Trade Finance, please contact your Relationship Manager or call our Business Banking Commercial Service Centre at 1 300 88 7000 (within Malaysia) or +603 8317 5200 (outside Malaysia); press number 3 (for Trade). We are available from Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm.

  • How can I sign up for OCBC Velocity to start my first trade finance transaction?

    Please download and complete the OCBC Velocity Application Form to register as a user.

    Select your preferred option of either a Basic, Classic or Premium service package and indicate all business accounts to be linked to OCBC Velocity.

    Sign and mail your completed application to us with a certified copy of your Board Resolution to mandate the authorised parties to execute the OCBC Velocity forms on behalf of your company. Completed forms can be submitted to any OCBC Bank branch nationwide.

    Once your application is successfully processed, you will receive a starter kit to activate your OCBC Velocity User ID.

  • What should I do if I am unable to make a trade finance transaction in OCBC Velocity?

    When this happens, your trade account is likely not yet linked to your access in OCBC Velocity.

    In general, the trade account for customers with Basic and Classic service packages will be automatically linked to their OCBC Velocity access. However, for customers on the Premium service package (that requires customisation), please contact our Business Banking Commercial Service Centre at +603 8317 5200 for assistance on how you can link your trade account to OCBC Velocity.

  • How can I approve trade transactions on the OCBC Business Mobile Banking app?

    You must first have the Business Mobile Banking app. Visit the App Store or Google Play to download the Business Mobile Banking app today.

    Once the OCBC Business Mobile Banking app is available, log in and click on the “Items to Approve” notification bar to approve your trade transactions.

    For security reasons, a security token will be required to authorise your trade transactions.
