  • What is FPX?

    FPX is a payment channel that allows you to make payment online in real-time through your current or savings account. As OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad is one of the FPX participating Banks, you can make instant online payments from participating merchants’ websites via OCBC Bank’s online banking platforms.

  • How do I perform FPX online with OCBC Bank?

    Simply follow these steps:

    1. Select FPX as your payment option on the merchant‘s website.
    2. Select OCBC Bank to be directed to the OCBC Internet Banking login page.
    3. Enter your login credentials. Then, select the crediting debiting account, preview and click the “Submit” button to confirm the transaction.
    4. Once the transaction is successful, you will receive separate notifications from the merchant, OCBC Bank and FPX respectively.

  • How can I identify if a merchant accepts payment via FPX?

    The FPX logo will be displayed on the merchant’s website.

  • How is making an online FPX payment via OCBC Bank beneficial?

    You can make real-time payments to over 1,350 merchants, including over 500+ government agencies and online shopping sites.

  • What are the operating hours for FPX?

    FPX operates 24 hours a day, every day.

  • What are the transaction limit for FPX?

    For individual banking accounts, the maximum amount payable via FPX is limited to RM30,000 per transaction. For corporate banking accounts, the maximum amount payable via FPX is limited to RM1,000,000 per transaction.

  • What are the applicable service charges for using FPX service through OCBC Bank?

    The service charge varies according to the type of service and merchant selected by customers.
