  • How can I register as an FPX merchant?

    To register as an FPX merchant with OCBC Bank, you need only to get in touch with your Relationship Manager or contact the OCBC Business Banking Customer Service Centre at 1300-88-7000 (within Malaysia) or +603-83175200 (outside Malaysia) from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (excluding public holidays). They will help you do what is necessary.

  • Which website platform is compatible with FPX services?

    FPX services can run on any platform.

  • Do I need to undertake additional set-up procedures to accept payments via FPX?

    You need a payment gateway to link your website to FPX. OCBC Bank can assist you for hassle-free integration of your website to the payment gateway.

  • Why should my business accept FPX as another payment channel?

    FPX allows you to reach to a wider customer base including non-credit cardholders. In addition, you will enjoy real-time online payment and confirmation upon successful transactions. This will reduce your reconciliation requirements.

  • What is the maximum transaction limit?

    • For individual banking accounts, the maximum is RM30,000 per transaction or the customer's internet banking transaction limit, whichever is lower.
    • For corporate banking accounts, the maximum is RM1,000,000 per transaction or the customer's internet banking transaction limit, whichever is lower.

  • Are FPX transactions secured?

    Yes, FPX uses high standards of authentication and certification to ensure all transactions are secure.

  • When is the FPX service available?

    OCBC Bank's FPX service is available all the time, i.e., 24 hours a day all year round.
