  • What devices are compatible with the Business Mobile Banking app?

    OCBC Malaysia Business Mobile Banking app is available on Apple iPhone with iOS 12 or later, and Android OS 8 or later for Android users.

  • Can I use/access the Business Mobile Banking app when I am overseas?

    Yes you can. However, do note that overseas mobile data charges are applicable based on your mobile service provider.

  • Can I still receive SMS OTP when I am overseas?

    As your receipt of such SMSes depend on your mobile network operator's roaming service, you may wish to consult your network operator on delivery or receipt of SMSes while overseas.

  • How do I update my mobile number?

    If you are an existing OCBC Velocity user and would like to update our mobile number(s) with us, you can proceed to do so yourself under Tools > Change Contact Details within OCBC Velocity. Alternatively, you can complete the Manage OCBC Velocity Account Form and submit to any of our branches.
