OCBC is offering repayment/payment assistance programmes to our Loan and Financing customers who are adversely affected by the flood. Through this programme, we hope to provide relief to help alleviate the financial burdens faced by our customers during these challenging times. Stay safe.

PACKAGE
A. Extension of Cash Financing-i Payment Deferment

Your financing payment deferment will be extended for another 6 months. Your monthly instalment / payment will remain as original instalment amount.

HOW TO APPLY

The processing time for the application will take up to 5 calendar days.

Step 2

SMS Notification


An SMS will be sent to you to notify you of your application status.

You may submit your application via any of the following channels:

  1. Submit the Online Application Form along with your photocopy IC and supporting documents (such as public news, other government agencies, insurance claim proof, and police report) in this website below OR
  2. Visit or call any of our branches nationwide (Click here for the list of branches)

  • To expedite the processing of your application, please submit your application only once.
  • For enquiries, call our dedicated Repayment/Payment Assistance Hotline: 603-83175011 (From 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday - excluding public holidays and weekends).
  • The processing time for the application will take up to 5 days. It may take longer if there are public holiday(s)/weekends in between.
  • Please complete a fresh repayment/payment assistance application if you have more than one account with us.

BEFORE YOU APPLY

Eligibility

Borrower whose property (place of residence as per mailing address maintained with OCBC) is affected by the flood.

Affected flood in districts declared by Agensi Pengurusan Bencana Negara (NADMA) as flood disaster areas. For areas not updated in NADMA, to be supported with other supporting evidence such as public news, other government agencies, insurance claim proof, and police report.
