Fees and charges
All Unit Trust investments will incur a sales charge.
If you sell your units in a Unit Trust fund and then purchase units in another fund, you may have to pay a sales charge. However, if you switch from one fund to another fund that is managed by the same UTMC, you may not have to pay any sales charge.

Unit Trust funds carry risk
Different types of Unit Trust funds carry different levels of risk. Some are higher in risk than others. Make sure you ask about the risks before investing in a fund.

Rights as a first time investor
- You have the right to apply for and receive a refund for every Unit that you have paid for within six (6) Business Days from the date we received your purchase application.
- You will receive the refund of the Unit Trust investment amount, or the prevailing value of the existing units invested as at the date when you exercise your cooling-off right, whichever is lower, and the Unit Trust fund service charge paid.
- Please note that the cooling-off right is applicable to you if you are an individual investor and investing with OCBC for the first time in any Retail Funds. Cooling-off right for Wholesale Funds are specified in the Funds' Information Memorandum / Product Highlight Sheet and can differ for different Funds.
