Log in to your OCBC Malaysia Mobile Banking app and tap on “More”.

Select "Card services" > "Set PIN".

Choose the card that you wish to set PIN, key in your new 6-digit PIN, and confirm by clicking "Submit".

Key in the 6-digit OTP code and click "Submit".
Retrieved via OCBC OneToken.

Your PIN is now set.

Log in to your OCBC Internet Banking account, go to "Customer service" > "Report lost of Debit Card".

Select the reason and click "Next" to report lost Debit/ATM Card.
Note: To report Lost of Credit Card, please call OCBC Contact Centre.
