Activate your OCBC Debit Card/-i and start spending.

MOBILE BANKING

Launch the OCBC Malaysia Mobile Banking app and log in to your account.

Tap on the menu and select "Card Services".

Choose "Set PIN" and select OCBC Debit Card/-i to set PIN. Key in your new 6-digit PIN, confirm your new 6-digit PIN and click "Submit".

Key in the OTP sent via SMS to your mobile or tap to reveal OTP from the OneToken Feature.

You have successfully set your PIN and your OCBC Debit Card/-i is now auto-activated.

INTERNET BANKING

For existing Internet Banking users, please login to your account to continue.

Go to the "Customer Service" tab and, under "Cards", click "Set PIN".

Select "Debit Card" from the drop down list and click "Next".

Key in your new 6-digit PIN, confirm your new 6-digit PIN and click "Next".

Launch the OCBC Mobile Banking app to get the One Time Password (OTP), then enter the 6-digit OTP code and click "Submit".

You have successfully set your PIN and your OCBC Debit Card/-i is now auto-activated.

SELF-SERVICE PHONE BANKING

Set a PIN for your OCBC Debit Card/-i to auto-activate it before you start spending.

Go through a seamless self-service phone banking process that is available to you 24/7 by following a few simple instructions. Call OCBC Contact Centre at +603 8317 5000 to activate and set a PIN. Please follow the easy self-service banking instructions.
