How to get started with OCBC Online Banking:

starting your registration:

Your OCBC Debit Card/-i or OCBC Credit Card details, e.g. card number and card expiry date.

Your identification information, e.g. NRIC No, Date of Birth etc.

Ensure your mobile number is registered with OCBC to receive OTP via SMS.
Note: Access Code* is required if you do not hold a Debit/Credit Card and have other existing products with OCBC.
Please visit any OCBC branch to update your mobile number or request for your Access Code*.
Step-by-step guide for OCBC Online Banking Registration

Retrieve forgotten Login ID/Password

Step 1
Go to OCBC Internet Banking and click on “Activate now”. Enter your OCBC Debit Card/-i or OCBC Credit Card details, your personal details and security code and click “Next”.

Accept the Terms and Conditions and set your Login ID and Password.

Select your security image and set your security phrase.

Review and confirm your security image and phrase. Click “Next” upon receiving confirmation of successful submission.

Step 5
Confirm mobile number that is registered with the Bank and log in to OCBC Online Banking upon successful registration.
Note: Please register OCBC OneToken through OCBC Malaysia Mobile Banking app to enjoy a seamless banking experience.
Select your preferred method to retrieve your Login ID or reset your password – via Debit Card/Debit Card-i/Credit Card/Access Code.

Key in your Debit Card/Debit Card-i/Credit Card/Access Code details, personal information and Captcha code. Then click “Next”.

Select your request – reset your Internet Banking Password or request for your Internet Banking Login ID, click “Next”.

Accept the terms and conditions, key in your 6-digit OTP code* and click “Submit”. You will then be able to view your Login ID or reset your Password.

Click on the e-Statement to view. You can filter your e-Statement by “Type”. To view your e-Statement for particular year or month, filter by “Year” or “Month”.

Select “e-Statement” > “Manage e-Statement”.

Select “Subscribe to email e-Statement” and click “Next”.
If your e-mail address is not updated, click “Not the correct details” to update.
