Log in to your OCBC Internet Banking Account, go to "Customer service" > "Change Password".

Enter Current and New Password, and click "Submit".

Key in the 6-digit OTP code and click "Submit".

Your login password is successfully changed. You can now use your new password for future logins.

Log in to your OCBC Internet Banking Account, go to "Customer service" > "Change Security Image and Phrase".

Click "Update Security Info".

Select your preferred security image, set your security phrase, and click "Next" to proceed.

Confirm your security image and phrase, key in the 6-digit OTP code and click "Submit".

Your security image and phrase are successfully changed.

Log in to your OCBC Internet Banking Account, go to "Customer service" > "Update Transaction Limit".

Select the type of transactions, set the new limit and click "Next".

Review details and click "Submit".

Key in the 6-digit OTP code and click "Submit".

Your Transaction limit is successfully updated.

Log in to your OCBC Internet Banking Account, go to "Customer service" > "Manage e-Alerts".

Select the type of transactions that you wish to receive alerts/notifications.

Set the type of alert(s) (via email and/or mobile) for the respective transaction types.

Click "Save changes" and your alert settings will be saved.

Launch the OCBC Malaysia Mobile Banking app and tap the bell icon at the top right of the Login screen.

Click "Allow notifications".

Log in to your account using your Login ID and Password.

Push Notification is successfully activated.
Note: You will start receiving Push Notifications for your transactions. To view/retrieve Push Notifications, click on the bell icon.

Personal Details

Mailing Address

Log in to your OCBC Internet Banking account, go to "Customer service" > "Change Personal Details".

Key in the 6-digit OTP code and click "Submit".

Key in the field that you wish to update, review all details and click "Submit".
Note: Leave the field as is/blank if you do not wish to make a change.

Key in the 6-digit OTP code and click "Submit".

Your personal details update will only be effective after a 12-hour cooling-off period.

Log in to your OCBC Internet Banking account, go to "Customer service" > "Change Mailing Address".

Key in the 6-digit OTP code and click "Submit".

Tick the account that you wish to change your mailing address, key in the new mailing address, and click "Next".

Review details, key in the 6-digit OTP code and click "Submit".

Your mailing address update will only be effective after 24 hours.

Log in to your OCBC Internet Banking account, go to "Customer service" > "Check internet transaction status".

Enter required details and click "Submit".
Note: You can choose one field or more, to check your transaction status.

Once the transaction records are displayed, click on the respective transactions to check/view the transaction status.

Log in to your OCBC Internet Banking account and click on the 'language' drop down list located at the top right of the menu bar to select your preferred language - English or Mandarin. Select "中文" for Mandarin.

Click "Continue" to proceed.

Your preferred language will be displayed.
