For existing Internet Banking users, please login to your account to continue.

Go to the "Customer Service" tab and, under "Cards", click on "Activate Card" and follow the instructions. Then go to the "Customer Service" tab again and, under "Cards", click "Set PIN".

Select "Credit Card" from the drop-down list and click "Next".

Key in your new 6-digit PIN, confirm your new 6-digit PIN and click "Next".

Key in OTP sent via SMS or launch the OCBC Malaysia Mobile Banking app to get the OTP. Then enter the 6-digit OTP code and click "Submit".

You have successfully set your PIN. You will receive an SMS notification of your successful PIN creation.
