HOW DUITNOW TRANSFER WORKS

Register DuitNow ID
Funds Transfer
Manage DuitNow ID

Log in to your OCBC Malaysia Mobile Banking app and tap on the menu on the top left.

Tap on "Settings".

Tap on "Manage DuitNow ID".

Select the ID(s) you would like to register as DuitNow ID(s).

Choose the account you would like to pair with each DuitNow ID and tap "Submit".

Log in to your OCBC Malaysia Mobile Banking app and tap on the menu on the top left.

Select "Transfer" then tap "To DuitNow ID".

Select the DuitNow ID type (e.g. mobile number), fill in all required details and slide to submit.

Review the details and tap "Confirm Transfer". For verification, enter your 6-digit OTP retrieved from OBCB OneToken, then tap "Submit".

Your transfer is done.

Select "Transfer" then tap "To DuitNow ID".

Select "Registered recipient". Next, choose the account and registered DuitNow ID. Then complete all required fields and slide to submit.

Review the details and tap "Confirm Transfer".

Your transfer is done.

Tap on "Manage DuitNow ID".

Register, switch, deactivate or delink your DuitNow ID and select/change your default account with ease. Tap "Submit" and you are done.
