Eligibility requirements
Business registration
Must be an SME.
Must be a Malaysian-owned and controlled business, with at least 51% shareholding.
Partnership and Private Limited Companies may apply.
Business ownership
Must be owned or controlled by a Malaysian, i.e. the majority shareholding/interest must be held by a Malaysian.
Financial record
No adverse financial record.
Terms and conditions
All required forms and supporting document must be duly completed and submitted.
All loans are subject to satisfactory assessment by the Bank.
Subject to Credit Guarantee Corporation (CGC) credit evaluation approval.
The current Base Lending Rate (BLR) effective from 10 May 2023 is 6.76% p.a. for loans/financing facilities referenced against BLR.

Guarantee Fee on unsecured portion:

Fee paid by the Bank ranges from 0.75% to 4.00% per annum.
Bizjamin/i 70
Fee paid by the Customer ranges from 0.75% to 4.00% per annum.
Can I refinance my existing loan / financing under the new CGC scheme?
No. Refinancing of existing facilities is not allowed.
