Employee Health, Safety and Wellbeing
Provided relief measures for stakeholders affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, including Covid-19 care packages and counselling support for our employees, as well as loan moratoriums for customers.
Through our #OCBCCares Platform, we spent more than RM2 million at all levels – through both corporate and staff funds – to serve the social needs of the community. This was done by directly engaging 64% of our entire staffing who collectively spent 7,161 hours in 90 separate CSR activities. This enabled us to help 111,921 beneficiaries nationwide.
