Launch the OCBC Malaysia Mobile Banking app and log in to your account.

Tap on "More" and select "Card Services".

Tap on “Activate credit card”, select the card you want to activate and key in the card expiry date.

Once your card is activated, tap the “Set PIN” button.

Key in your new 6-digit PIN, confirm your new 6-digit PIN and click “Submit”. Then click on “Tap to reveal!” on screen to reveal the One Time Password (OTP). Key in the OTP.

You have successfully set your PIN. You will receive a SMS notification of your successful PIN creation.

For existing Internet Banking users, please login to your account to continue.

Go to the “Customer service” tab and, under, “Cards”, click on “Activate Card” and follow the instructions. Then go to the “Customer Service” tab again and, under “Cards”, click “Set PIN”.

Select "Credit Card" from the drop down list and click "Next".

Key in your new 6-digit PIN, confirm your new 6-digit PIN and click "Next".

Launch the OCBC Malaysia Mobile Banking app to get the One Time Password (OTP), then enter the 6-digit OTP code and click “Submit”.

You have successfully set your PIN. You will receive an SMS notification of your successful PIN creation.
