Terms and Conditions

1. The promotion is organized by Anantara Vacation Club (“the Merchant”).
2. The promotion is open to selected OCBC Cardmembers who receive the promotion invitation via a Short Message Service (“SMS”) and/or Electronic Direct Mailer (“EDM”).
3. Payment must be made with an OCBC Credit Card or OCBC Debit Card/-i at the point of reservations.
4. Reservations are subject to availability
5. The promotion is applicable to accommodation, hotel taxes and service charge only. Other expenses will be charged to the guest’s account.
6. An additional USD50 per night is payable for stays on a Thursday night, Friday night and/or Saturday night
7. A surcharge is payable for stays during peak season (such as Festive periods, and seasonal holidays) in Thailand.
8. Additional charges are payable for requested room upgrades and extra nights, subject to availability.
9. Only one amendment per reservation is permitted and must be made twenty-one (21) calendar days or more before the arrival date to avoid a No-Show administration charge of the Merchant’s best flexible rate (per night).
10. The promotion cannot be combined with other offer and is non-transferrable, not redeemable for cash, non-assignable and non-exchangeable. Not applicable for group bookings.
