Packages Repayment/Payment Assistance Programme (Choose one of the following)

Package A : 6-month deferment of instalments
Your loan or financing payment/repayment will be deferred for another 6 months. Original tenure maintain.


Package B : 50% reduction in instalments for 6-months
Your monthly instalment/payment will be reduced by 50% for the first 6 months. Your monthly instalment/payment will be increased equally across the remaining months from 7th month onwards until the end of the loan/financing tenure. Original tenure maintain.

Eligibility Any individual customers with loan/financing facility(ies) approved on or before 30 June 2021 and remain performing (not in arrears exceeding 90 days).

    • The processing time for the application will take up to 5 days. It may take longer if there are public holiday(s)/weekends in between.

        Packages Repayment/Payment Assistance Programme (Choose one of the following)

        Category B40
        Package A : Loan and Financing Payment Deferment for 3 months.

        Package B : 50% of the monthly installment / payment for the first 6 months while retaining your tenure of your loan and financing. Your monthly instalment/payment will be increased on the 7th month until the end of the loan/financing tenure to re-amortise the loan/financing across the remaining tenure.

        Eligibility B40 Borrower/Customer
        Any borrower/customer who is categorized as B40 and registered in the Bantuan Sara Hidup (BSH)/ Bantuan Prihatin Rakyat (BPR) database:
        • B40 household monthly income ≤ RM 4000 or
        • B40 single monthly income ≤ RM 2,000
        • For married couples eligible for BSH/BPR based on household income, both husband and wife would be eligible for this package if they have loans/ financing.
        The bank will check Bantuan Sara Hidup (BSH) or Bantuan Prihatin Rakyat (BPR) database to confirm the borrower/customer eligibility.

        Notes: If you visit any of our Bank branches: Kindly bring along your NRIC.
        • To expedite your application process, please submit your application only once.
        • Please complete a separate Repayment/Payment Assistance application for each account with us.
        • The Bank will notify you via email on your eligibility status within the next working day after receipt of your completed e-form by 6pm of the preceding working day. The processing time for the application will take up to 5 days thereafter. It may take longer if there are public holiday(s)/weekends in between.
