Post-Moratorium Relief Assistance Programme



Packages
  1. Extension of Term Loan Payment Deferment

    Your Term Loan repayment deferment will be extended for another 3 months from 1 October 2020 to 31 December 2020.

  2. Lower Instalments with Subsequent Step-up Payments

    You will pay a lower monthly instalment/payment for the first 12 months following the moratorium while retaining the tenure of your Term Loan. Your monthly instalment/payment will be increased on the 13th month until the end of the Term Loan tenure to re-amortise the Term Loan across the remaining tenure.

  3. Tenure extension

    Term Loan tenure extension for up to 60 months or maturity by age 65, whichever is earlier. This will allow you to pay a lower monthly instalment amount.


Eligibility
  • For package A: Individuals who have lost their jobs due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
  • For packages B and C: Individuals who have suffered a drop in income due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Notes: Kindly bring along the following supporting documents if you visit any of our Bank Branches. To ensure expeditious processing of your application, please submit your application only once.

  • Retrenchment Letter* OR
  • Salary slip before and after pay cut*
Self-employed
  • Bank Statements before and after business income impacted*

      Your financing payment deferment will be extended for another 3 months from 1 October 2020 to 31 December 2020.

    2. Lower Instalments with Subsequent Step-up Payments

      You will pay a lower monthly instalment/payment for the first 12 months following the moratorium while retaining the tenure of your Cash Financing-i. Your monthly instalment/payment will be increased on the 13th month until the end of the Cash Financing-i tenure to re-amortise the Cash Financing-i across the remaining tenure.

    3. Tenure extension

      Cash Financing-i tenure extension for up to 144 months or maturity by age 65, whichever is earlier. This will allow you to pay a lower monthly instalment amount.
