Your learning journey begins with extensive classroom training in technical and interpersonal skills, before moving on to a branch attachment, job rotations, project assignments before choosing a home department which matches your interests with the Bank’s needs. Other qualities that put you in a strong standing for the programme include:

A Bachelor’s Degree with CGPA of 3.0 or above, or second class upper in any discipline.

Not more than 2 years’ working experience.

Good command of English (spoken and written).

Stellar extra-curricular achievements, with model leadership and a penchant for problem-solving and new challenges.

Team player with strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.

Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with a self-driven nature.

Malaysian citizen.
