With in-depth financial knowledge of the Bank, we facilitate the efficient allocation of financial resources within the Bank, and identify performance trends and highlight opportunities or threats to enable informed decision-making by the management.
The Audit Division provides independent and objective assessments to help improve the quality and effectiveness of governance, risk management and internal control processes, and enable OCBC Bank to accomplish its strategic objectives, using a risk-based, systematic and disciplined audit approach.
Operations and Technology (O&T) is the core engine of the Bank. The team provides Information Technology (IT) and processing support across the Bank’s business lines, from Consumer to Corporate Banking, while supporting the growth expansion strategies of the OCBC Group.
At Human Resources, we provide the Bank with structure and the ability to meet business needs through optimal management of its People resources. We also provide advice and solutions for all People issues in the Bank and are part of the execution of business strategies. At Investment Banking, we offer comprehensive funding solutions such as Debt, Equity and Mezzanine, to support the growth and expansion of our corporate clients - locally and regionally. We constantly aim to be recognised as the Preferred Investment Banking Product and Advisory Provider in key Asian local markets such as Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and the Greater China, targeting the embedded local customer franchise and focusing on cross-border products and services.
