Compensation Standards for Device Damages or Defaulted Orders

Damages	Compensation Standards	Description
RoamingMan™ WiFi – Late Fee	RM20 per Equipment per day delayed	if Equipment is returned on any day between the 3rd and 7th calendar day after Usage Term ends
	A lump sum of RM150 / each	if Equipment is returned on any day between 8th and 15th day after Usage Term ends
	RM350 / each	Equipment is not returned within 15 calendar days after the end of Usage Term
RoamingMan™ WiFi Hotspot	RM350 / each	Equipment is lost, or stolen
	RM350 / each	Water damaged
	RM350 / each	Equipment severely damaged and dysfunctional
	RM250 / each	Deface, Equipment appearance seriously damaged, but remains functional
	RM100 / each	Screen seriously scratched, and/or charging port blocked/damaged but Equipment remains functional
USB cable	RM15 / each	Missing or damaged USB cable.
Packet	RM20 / each	Missing or damaged Packet
Cancellation Fee	RM30 / cancelled order	Cancellation fee charged if order cancelled before the Departure Date. (*Order cannot be cancelled after the Departure Date and shall be treated as a normal order.)
