1. Payment must be made with an OCBC Credit or Debit Cards.
2. Booking must be made through the URL above.
3. The OCBC Card that is used for payment has to be presented during check-in. Hotel has the right to cancel the booking if OCBC Card is not presented. Promotion is not valid with any other ongoing / in-house promotions, vouchers and/or discounts, or on eve of and on public holidays, unless otherwise stated.
4. Discount, vouchers and privileges are not exchangeable for cash, kind or other goods and services.
5. Rates are subject to prevailing government taxes.
6. Rooms are subject to availability and not applicable during Eve of and on Public Holidays.
7. Cancellation or changes are only allowed 48 hours before the date of arrival.
8. Not valid in conjunction with other promotions, vouchers and/or discounts, unless otherwise stated.
9. OCBC Bank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of any goods and services.
10. Notwithstanding anything herein, OCBC Bank shall not be responsible or held liable for any defect or malfunction in any goods or services, and/or for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the use of any goods or services by any person.
11. OCBC Bank’s decision on all matters relating to privileges or terms and conditions will be final and binding on all participants.
