9. Full non-refundable prepayment required at time of booking. Your credit card will be charged immediately for the total amount quoted for the entire stay as reserved and refunds or credits will not be issued unless otherwise indicated by local law. 10. Booking cannot be changed.Complimentary 3rd night includes room rate and tax, all other costs including gratuities or incidental charges that is not specified as being provided shall be the sole responsibility of the Mastercard cardholder. Complimentary 3rd night is nontransferable and must be consumed during same stay in which it was earned. Limit of one complimentary night per stay, regardless of length of stay. Consecutive stays are not eligible for additional free nights. Early departures will forfeit free nights not earned. Each Participating Property has a policy addressing cancellation and/or blackout dates that may apply. Complimentary 3rd night is not exchangeable for cash or in kind and this Promotion is not applicable in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, discounts or privileges.
