2. To enjoy the discount on the health screening packages, payments must be made in-store using a Mastercard Credit or Debit Card.
3. The health screening packages are valid from 15 Jan – 31 Dec 2019.
4. Bookings must be made in advance through the respective country’s appointment hotline.
5. Fullerton Health and its affiliated entities reserve the right to remove or amend any of the items in the health screening package and participating clinics during the promotion period by giving 30 days’ prior written notice.
