In the spirit of preserving part of the culture of the country while helping to realise the dreams of a young Bharatanatyam dancer from the B40 community, our CEO’s Office has made a RM5,000 contribution to part-sponsor her Arangetram - a graduation ceremony where the guru presents the pupil to the public. The performance by Ms Kirthana Sukumaran on 5 August 2022 at 8.15 pm at Panggung Bandaraya DBKL, Jalan Raja (not far from Menara OCBC) is open to the first 10 of you who email Alexandra Van Huizen (you may choose to ask for more than one ticket if your family and friends wish to attend too). We will close the reservations once we hit the 10-person mark. Sutra Foundation, bequeathed to Malaysia by the renowned Datuk Ramli Ibrahim, strives to develop the breadth and depth of Malaysian performing and visual arts by stimulating the creative spirit of cross-cultural Malaysia.
