An ode to longstanding and meaningful traditions, OCBC Al-Amin staff – led by CEO Tuan Syed Abdull Aziz Syed Kechik – distributed containers filled to the brim with bubur lambuk to about 600 people (double last year’s number) around the Jalan Melaka headquarters, in partnership with the management of nearby Masjid Jamek. As the fasting month of Ramadhan began, the activity was symbolic of the call to give alms as a mark of unity and togetherness with our neighbours.
Beneficiaries: 600 people in the surrounding areas, including the homeless.
