OCBC hosted YAB Dato’ Seri Amirudin bin Shari, Menteri Besar of Selangor, together with senior representatives from the Selangor State Government and Invest Selangor, for an investor dialogue in Singapore to showcase investment opportunities in Selangor.

The session, Unlocking Strategic Opportunities in Selangor, held under OCBC’s One Connect Series, brought together approximately 19 Singapore-based companies exploring expansion into Malaysia. They are from diverse sectors including ICT (technology and data centres), advanced manufacturing, telecommunications, real estate and infrastructure, investment and advisory services, education, and creative industries. 
Participants gained insights on Selangor’s strong economic fundamentals, strategic location, developed infrastructure and connectivity, as well as opportunities in high-growth sectors such as data centres, digital industries, and advanced manufacturing.

The engagement underscores OCBC’s role as a regional connector by providing clients with market insights, facilitating access to key stakeholders, and delivering end-to-end solutions across financing, advisory, and market entry support.
