Eligibility requirements

Business ownership

All Shariah-compliant business registered with SSM

The company must be 51% Malaysian-owned and all directors or guarantors must be Malaysian citizens.

Must be an SME defined by SME Corporation Malaysia.

Minimum of 3 years in operations.

Age of directors/shareholders/managing director:

  • Minimum: 21 years old
  • Maximum: 70 years old
    (at the point of Financing maturity)

Terms and conditions

All required forms and supporting document must be duly completed and submitted.

All financing is subject to satisfactory assessment by the Bank.

Subject to Credit Guarantee Corporation (CGC) credit evaluation approval.

The current Base Financing Rate (BFR) effective from 15 July 2025 is 6.51% p.a. for financing facilities referenced against BFR.
