  • The VIP Experience is non-exclusive and can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests.
  • The 5-hours guided tour is courtesy of Universal Studios Singapore.
  • The VIP Experience departs throughout the day; please enquire with the VIP Experience Team on availability.
  • The VIP Experience is available in English and Mandarin; please enquire with the VIP Experience Team on availability.
  • The exclusive guided tour for World and World Elite Mastercard Cardholders is subject to availability.
  • Access to the Universal Studios Singapore VIP Reception is available daily from 12pm to 6pm throughout the year for World and World Elite Mastercard Cardholders who buy the standard One-Day Ticket (non-VIP Experience).

Terms and Conditions


  1. The VIP Experience is subject to availability.
  2. The VIP Experience shall proceed as scheduled regardless of weather conditions (i.e. rain or shine) and there shall be no rain check nor refund made.
  3. Guests must arrive at the Universal Studios Singapore VIP Reception at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the VIP Experience. Failure to do so may result in the guest missing certain components of the VIP Experience.
  4. VIP Experience Team must be notified at least 24 hours before commencement of VIP Experience, failing which 100% of payment made by the guest shall be forfeited.
  5. Theprice of the One-Day Ticket does not include separately ticketed events in Universal Studios Singapore.
  6. The 10% Retail Discount on selected merchandise at Universal Studios Singapore cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.
  7. For safete purposes, children aged 7 and below must be accompanied by a guest aged 18 and above at all times during the VIP Experience.
  8. Guests under the age of 18 must have their parent or legal guardian fill up an indemnity form in order to participate in the VIP Experience.
  9. Guests must fulfil the appropriate height requirements and understand the safety recommendations for each attraction.
  10. Universal Express™ Unlimited is not valid for Canopy Flyer, Treasure Hunter, Amber Rock Climb, Magic Potion Spin and Front Row of Battlestar Galactica.
  11. Resorts World Sentosa reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time.
