OCBC Flood Relief Assistance Programme

OCBC is offering Flood Relief Assistance to ease the financial burden of our Home Loan and Home Financing customers who have been affected by the recent floods in several states. This programme is designed to address the challenges faced by the flood victims, and will include, amongst others, deferment of loan repayment/financing payment and reduction in monthly payment.

Validity Period

18 Jan 2021 to 31 Mar 2021

Available Packages

Loan and Financing Payment Deferment for 3 months follow by a 50% reduction in instalment/payment for 9 months.


Your monthly instalment/payment will be deferred for 3 months.


After that, you will need to continue your monthly instalments/payments.However, the monthly instalment/payment amount will be reduced by 50% for 9 months after which on the 10th month onwards, your monthly instalments/payments will be increased until the end of the loan/financing tenure.


Your loan or financing tenure remains unchanged.

Eligibility
  • The loans/financing should not be in arrears for more than 90 days at the point of application.

  • Non bankrupt.

  • Not currently under post moratorium or targeted repayment assistance programme.

  • Borrowers/Customers or property based in affected arrears.

  • Applications are subject to the Bank's approval.

Additional Information

We will get in touch with you within 5 days via email/SMS/letter provided all required information/documents (if any) has been submitted to us. It may take longer if there are public holiday(s)/weekends in between.
