OCBC Flood Relief Assistance Programme
OCBC is offering Flood Relief Assistance to ease the financial burden of our Home Loan and Home Financing customers who have been affected by the recent floods in several states. This programme is designed to address the challenges faced by the flood victims, and will include, amongst others, deferment of loan repayment/financing payment and reduction in monthly payment.
18 Jan 2021 to 31 Mar 2021
Loan and Financing Payment Deferment for 3 months follow by a 50% reduction in instalment/payment for 9 months.
Your monthly instalment/payment will be deferred for 3 months.
After that, you will need to continue your monthly instalments/payments.However, the monthly instalment/payment amount will be reduced by 50% for 9 months after which on the 10th month onwards, your monthly instalments/payments will be increased until the end of the loan/financing tenure.
Your loan or financing tenure remains unchanged.
