Terms and Conditions

For New Lazada Customers:
  1. Valid for new customers of Lazada only
  2. Voucher is valid from 12.00AM on 1st November 2020 to 11.59PM on 30th November 2020 (Malaysian time, GMT+8).
  3. Voucher is valid with payment using OCBC Bank's credit and debit card only.
  4. Discount of RM11, with minimum spend of RM11 on the total nett purchase price of the new customer’s purchase in a single transaction (exclusive of shipping/courier charges) made using Lazada App.
  5. Voucher is applicable for spending only on Lazada App.
  6. The discount is only available to the first one thousand (1000) redemptions.
  7. The discount is only for one (1) time redemption per Lazada registered customer and product exclusions apply.
  8. Voucher is applicable for single use only and be stacked with other brands', sellers' and Lazada campaign collectible vouchers.
  9. Collected vouchers will be automatically applied at checkout payment page (upon entering the applicable debit/credit card).
  10. No cash alternatives or refund will be offered in lieu of the discount.
  11. Lazada reserves the right to cancel suspicious orders without prior notice. This includes but is not limited to voucher abuse, including vouchers redeemed using multiple accounts or multiple checkouts associated with the same customer or group of customers; and vouchers used in bad faith (resold vouchers, and vouchers used by customers to purchase products for reselling).
