OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad (OCBC Bank) has been named one of the Kincentric Best Employers for Malaysia in 2023, the only bank to be listed in the ranking this year.

The award comes on the back of the Bank’s rollout of its people-centred, forward-looking, and development-oriented initiatives such as Future Smart, a skills-based development initiative to ensure employees are prepared for the future of work through upskilling and reskilling programmes, leadership series for employees of all ranks, as well as mentoring opportunities across the Bank. OCBC also promotes talent mobility across the Group, and job rotations to allow employees develop new competencies through self-directed personal learning.

OCBC Bank Head of Human Resources Ms Kok Lai Ching said the award reflects the Bank’s focus on recognising its people as its key asset.
