    You can change this PIN any time by logging into the OCBC Malaysia Business Mobile Banking app. Under the Settings menu on the left, click on the "Manage OneToken" option. Follow the steps displayed on-screen to change your PIN.

  • I have forgotten my OneToken PIN, what should I do?

    Log in via the OCBC Malaysia Business Mobile Banking app and click on "Forgot PIN" displayed at the bottom of the screen. Follow the steps displayed on-screen to change your PIN.
