OCBC RM Chat.
Please login to your Internet Banking or Mobile Banking App before you proceed.
Tap on the RM Chat icon at the bottom right corner of the screen.
Tap on the Chat Group to initiate the chat. The Chat Group will be labelled after your name.
Your Relationship Manager will recap the details of the FNA with you and share over the document
A thumbnail of the document will appear. Tap the thumbnail or the “1 document to sign” notification at the top
Kindly tap 'Sign' to review the document
If all the information is correct, tap on the yellow signature box, and click “Edit”
A virtual signature pad will appear. Sign with your finger/stylus pen
If there is a mistake, simply tap “Clear” to erase/clear the box. Once completed, click 'Done'
Click “Done” followed by “Finish” to complete the process.
A pop up will appear for you to reconfirm. Tap 'Submit'
You will receive a confirmation message that the document has been signed
