Perform daily banking and investment transactions from wherever you are

All you need to do is log in to OCBC Internet Banking or Mobile Banking, click the OCBC RM Chat icon at the bottom right of your screen and accept the OCBC RM Chat Terms of Use.

What you can do now via OCBC RM Chat now:

Deposit
  • Transfer MYR funds between your OCBC accounts or to a 3rd party account* with OCBC or any other bank
  • Activate a dormant account*
  • Deposit, withdraw or renew your Fixed Deposit or Foreign Currency Time Deposit
  • Perform Telegraphic Transfer (TT) to overseas accounts
  • Perform Fixed Deposit placements
  • Transfer funds locally or overseas to your loved ones
*Not applicable to Premier account with the mandate, 'All Must Sign".

Investment
  • Subscribe, redeem, switch or transfer your Unit Trust/-i
  • Buy, sell or transfer your retail Bond or Sukuk
  • Subscribe, rollover, top up and terminate your Structured Investments (SI) including your Dual Currency Investments (DCI)

This deposit is protected by PIDM up to RM250,000 for each depositor. Learn more
