All credit card applications are subject to approval by OCBC at its sole and absolute discretion.
Age eligibility:
  • Principal Cardmember – 21 years and above
  • Supplementary Cardmember – 18 years and above

Minimum income requirements:
  • OCBC 365 MasterCard - RM24,000 per annum
  • OCBC Great Eastern Platinum MasterCard - RM24,000 per annum
  • OCBC Cashflo MasterCard - RM24,000 per annum
  • OCBC Titanium MasterCard - RM24,000 per annum
  • OCBC World MasterCard - RM100,000 per annum

Required documents:
Customer Segment Type of acceptable Income documents

Salaried Employees / Company Salaried Directors (Sdn Bhd)
  • Photocopy of MyKad (both sides)
  • Latest EPF Statement with at least past 6 months contribution (For Malaysian) / Central Provident Fund (CPF) Statement (For Malaysian working in Singapore with Singapore PR) - Mandatory
  • Optional:
    Latest 1 month pay slip (fixed income ie Basic & Fixed Allowance); OR
    Latest 3 months’ Salary Slip (variable income) & Bank Statement from recent 4 months if not subject to EPF deduction

Commission Earner
  • Photocopy of MyKad (both sides)
  • Latest 3 months’ Salary Slip AND Bank Statement from recent 4 months (Applicable to commission earner with basic salary)
  • Latest 6 months’ Commission Statements AND Bank Statements (Applicable to commission earner without basic salary) OR
  • Form B/ BE / E-Filling with Validated Tax Receipt AND proof of Tax payment or Monthly Tax deduction (Potongan Cukai Bulanan) if any / Notice of Assessment (NOA)
Note: Commission proceeds reflected as cheque or cash deposit is not acceptable.


Self Employed/ Business Partner/ Non-Salaried Company Directors (Sdn Bhd)
  • Photocopy of MyKad (both sides)
  • Form 24/49/ Credit Bureau Malaysia (CBM) / Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM)
  • Form B/ BE/E-Filing with Validated Tax Receipt AND proof of Tax payment or Monthly Tax deduction (Potongan Cukai Bulanan) if any / Notice of Assessment (NOA)
  • Validated Bank Statements to evidence the tax payment.
  • Latest 6 months’ Company Bank Statements*
  • *Only applicable for Non-Salaried Director with Company established for at least 2 years, Company Directors with > 50% shareholding as evidence from Form 24/49/CBM/CTOS/SSM and not > 2 months negative end balance.
