To request for a waiver, you may request via the below channels

1) OCBC Online Banking

•Log in to OCBC Online Banking

•Select “Customer Service”

•Select your credit card and fee waiver type

•Click "Next“

•Check that your request is correct

•Click “Submit“
We will review your request and reply to you via call or SMS within 3 business days. Your request will be subjected to approval.

2) OCBC Phone Banking

•Call to OCBC Contact Centre at 03-8317 5000

•After language selection, Press 1 for  Banking and Credit Card services

•Press 1 for Credit Card services

•Press 1 for Waiver Request

•Enter NRIC

•Enter Credit Card number

•Key in phone number

•Press 1 to confirm phone number

 We will review your request and reply to you via call or SMS within 3 business days. Your request will be subjected to approval.

To request for a permanent increase of your OCBC credit card limit, please proceed as below:

1. Complete and print the Notification Request Form and Declaration of monthly non-bank obligations form

2. Provide any of the below supporting documents

• EPF statement
• Latest salary slip (within the last 3 months)
• EA form
• Borang BE/B

             •  Summary page of eFiling or,

             •  Full document and paid receipt for non eFiling

• Annual commission statement
• Latest 6 months commission statement  

3. Submit to us via:

• Mail to:

We will review your request within 7 business days upon receiving the completed documents and we will notify you via letter
