We would like to inform you of important updates regarding e-invoicing that may impact your account. The Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri (LHDN) has introduced new requirements for e-invoice issuance, making certain key information essential. To comply with these changes, please update your business profile using the “ Business Account Maintenance” form.
Important Dates:
- Submission Deadline: Please submit the form at your nearest OCBC Branch, or email soft copy to RM by 23 June 2025.
- Processing Time: Your profile will be updated within 3 working days from the date we receive the form.
Mandatory Information for e-Invoice Issuance:
- Business Registration Name
- Business Registration Number
- Malaysia Tax Identification Number ("TIN") – If your TIN information is not provided by 23 June 2025, we will use your TIN details which we extract from LHDN MyInvois Portal, provided that a record exists there.
- Malaysia Sales and Service Tax ("SST") Registration Number (if applicable)
- Contact Number (If your contact number is not updated by 23 June 2025, we will update our records with a temporary contact number, 0000000000, until you provide a valid contact number)
- Email Address (Please provide your email address for the bank to email your
e-Invoice)
