DuitNow Transfer (Pay to Proxy) is an industry initiative that allows corporates to receive funds from individuals and business without the need of bank of account details by simply using Mobile number of Business Registration Number (BRN) on real-time basis. Using Mobile number as DuitNow ID is only applicable for Sole Proprietor and Partnership. For other business entity, only BRN is applicable.
No, your DuitNow ID (BRN and/or mobile number) can only be registered with one (1) bank at any time. However, you can switch or transfer your DuitNow ID to your preferred bank from the respective bank's internet/ mobile banking.

You can register as many mobile numbers as your wish with OCBC, provided that your mobile numbers are in record with the bank. Please proceed to the nearest OCBC Branch to fill up the "Business Account Update Form" or download the form from OCBC Velocity, if you wish to add, remove, and update any of your mobile number(s).
You can register DuitNow ID with one account or multiple DuitNow ID (BRN and/or mobile numbers) with a same account. However, you are not allow to register a DuitNow ID with multiple account.
Example, the following is Allowed - Multiple DuitNow IDs with one account.

Mobile number: +60124455666 register with OCBC account: 701-295555-5
Mobile number: +60167778899 register with OCBC account: 701-295555-5
But the following are NOT allowed. One DuitNow ID with multiple account.

You can choose to do the below with your DuitNow ID(s) that have been registered with your OCBC Bank account(s) through OCBC Velocity (Business Internet Banking), OCBC Malaysia Business Mobile Banking app or over the counter.
You can deregister/delink from DuitNow service via Bank account(s) through (i) OCBC Velocity (Business Internet Banking) & OCBC Malaysia Business Mobile Banking app or (ii) over the counter. Please refer to the following details.

Once you are successfully registered your DuitNow ID with your business account, you can now inform your payer to make payments to your business account by providing your payer with your DuitNow ID instead of account number and bank details.
DuitNow Transfers is on real-time mode, once your payer completed and authorised the payment online, you will receive the funds immediately.
No, you will not be charged for receiving funds through DuitNow Transfers.
DuitNow transactions are available 24x7 and funds are made available immediately to your accounts.
Note: Transactions performed after 9:45pm, it will be reflected on your statement as the next day's transaction date.
With the convenience of OCBC Malaysia Business Mobile Banking app, you can check your transaction history at anytime, anywhere to ensure you have receive your payment or you can login via OCBC Velocity to do so. Alternatively you can sign up for eAlerts for your companies to receive emails and/or SMS notifications upon receiving payments via DuitNow.
Incoming payments credits will be reflected on your bank statement with the appropriate narratives/ descriptions of DuitNow Transfer (Pay to Proxy) as reference.
