  • What are the ways to log in to the OCBC Malaysia Business Mobile Banking App?

    You can login to the app in three ways:

    1. OCBC OneTouch™: this feature is currently available on Apple iPhones running on iOS 10 or later and Android devices running on OS 7 or later.
    2. OCBC One Look: this feature is currently available on Apple's Face ID-enabled iPhones running on iOS 11 or later.
    3. Security Token: Enter your Organisation ID, User ID and Password in the relevant fields. Then, click "Login" and follow the on-screen instructions.
  • How do I sign up for the SMS-OTP?

    The SMS-OTP login option is automatically available to you when you register your mobile number on OCBC Velocity. No sign up is required.

  • What should I do if I do not receive the SMS-OTP (One-Time Password) prompt?

    You will not receive any prompt for the SMS-OTP login option if you do not have a mobile number registered with OCBC Velocity. To update your mobile particulars, go to Tools > Change Contact Details in OCBC Velocity, or complete the Manage OCBC Velocity Account Form and submit it to any of our OCBC branches nationwide.

  • What should I do if my account gets locked?

    To unlock your account, click on the "Forgot Password/ Unlock User" link on the OCBC Velocity or OCBC Malaysia Business Mobile Banking app login page. Then, follow the on-screen instructions.

  • Why has my account been disabled?

    OCBC Velocity users are required to access the system at least once every 360 days. Otherwise, the account will be disabled for security reasons. To reactivate your account, please call us at 1300-88-7000 (within Malaysia) or (603) 8317 5200 (outside Malaysia) from Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm, excluding public holidays.

  • How do I reset my passwords if I have forgotten it?

    To reset your password, click on the "Forgot Password/ Unlock User" link on the OCBC Velocity or OCBC Malaysia Business Mobile Banking app login page. Then, follow the on-screen instructions.

  • Can I have concurrent access?

    No, concurrent access by the same user to the OCBC Malaysia Business Mobile Banking app and OCBC Velocity is not allowed.

  • What do I do if I am unable to log in to the OCBC Malaysia Business Mobile Banking app?

    Please ensure your login credentials are correct; the same login credentials apply for both OCBC Velocity and the OCBC Malaysia Business Mobile Banking app.
