  • I am an Android user. What should I do if I am unable to log in using OCBC OneToken?

    Please follow these steps:

    1. Disconnect from your WiFi network and connect to your mobile data instead.
    2. Switch off your phone and switch it on again.
    3. Under your phone’s “Settings”, click “Apps & Notification” > “App info” and search for OCBC Business App (“OCBC Business”).
    4. Select “Storage” and tap on “Clear Cache”.
    5. Log in again.
  • How do I know if my OCBC OneToken is activated and how do I access my OCBC OneToken?

    You will see the OneToken icon in the home menu when your OCBC OneToken is activated.

  • I have activated my OCBC OneToken but I am unable to view/access the OCBC OneToken widget. What do I do?

    If you do not see the OneToken icon in the menu, please retry after 60 minutes from the time you submitted the activation request.

    Should the problem persist after 60 minutes, please call us at (603) 8317 5200 (Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm, excluding public holidays).

  • How do I log in using OCBC OneToken?

    If you are logging in to OCBC Velocity (Business Internet Banking):

    1. Log in using your OCBC Velocity login credentials.
    2. A push notification will be sent to your mobile phone installed with OCBC OneToken.
    3. Tap on the notification and key in your OneToken PIN/OCBC OneTouch (fingerprint ID)/ OCBC OneLook (Face Recognition).

    If you are logging in from OCBC Malaysia Business Mobile Banking app:

    1. Log in using your OCBC Velocity login credentials.
    2. Then enter your OneToken PIN/OCBC OneTouch (fingerprint ID)/OCBC OneLook (Face Recognition).
  • How do I use OCBC OneToken to approve transaction requests in OCBC Velocity?

    1. Select/submit the transaction(s) to be approved.
    2. Launch the OCBC Malaysia Business Mobile Banking app on the mobile phone installed with OCBC OneToken.
    3. Select OneToken from the menu.
    4. Click “To approve request” and enter your OneToken PIN/OCBC OneTouch (fingerprint ID)/OCBC OneLook (Face Recognition).
    5. Follow the on-screen instructions to generate a response One-Time-Password (OTP) to approve the transaction(s).
  • How do I use OCBC OneToken to approve transaction requests via the OCBC Malaysia Business Mobile Banking app?

    1. Select/submit the transaction(s) to be approved.
    2. Enter your OCBC OneToken PIN/OCBC OneTouch (fingerprint ID)/OCBC OneLook (Face Recognition).
    3. Key in the response OTP code shown on your mobile to approve the transaction(s).
  • Can I use either OCBC OneTouch (fingerprint ID) or OCBC OneLook (Face Recognition) for OCBC OneToken?

    Yes, you can synchronise OCBC OneToken PIN with either your fingerprint ID or Face ID which is registered on your device. You will then be able to access OCBC OneToken and log in/perform transactions on OCBC Velocity.

  • Why did I not receive a push notification upon logging in to OCBC Velocity?

    You must enable “push notifications” on your mobile phone‘s “Settings” and ensure you have a stable network connection to receive the log in notification.

  • Why do I need to allow push notifications?

    For a smoother experience, we encourage you to allow push notifications on the OCBC Malaysia Business Mobile Banking app to use OCBC OneToken.

  • Can I use OCBC OneToken if my mobile device is not connected to a service provider network?

    Yes, you can use your OCBC OneToken to generate an OTP/transaction response code even if it is not connected to a network.
