Usage

I am an Android user. What should I do if I am not able to login using OCBC OneToken?

Please following these steps:

1. Disconnect WIFI and connect to mobile data
2. Switch off your phone and switch it on again
3. Go to "Settings" > "Apps &  Notification" > "App info" to search for OCBC Business App ("OCBC Business")
4. Select "Storage" and tap on "Clear Cache"
5. Log in again

How do I know if my OCBC OneToken is activated/ How do I access my OCBC OneToken?

You will see the OneToken icon in the home menu when your OCBC OneToken is activated.

I have activated my OCBC OneToken, but why am I not able to see/ access the OCBC OneToken widget?

If you do not see the OneToken icon in the menu, please retry after 60 minutes from the time you submitted the activation request.

Should the problem persist after 60 minutes, please call us at (603) 8317 5200 (Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm, excluding public holidays).

How do I use OCBC OneToken to log in?

If you are logging in to OCBC Velocity (Business Internet Banking):

a) Log in with your OCBC Velocity login credentials
b) A push notification will be sent to the mobile phone installed with OCBC OneToken
c) Tap on the notification and enter your OneToken PIN/ OCBC OneTouch (fingerprint)

If you are logging in from OCBC Malaysia Business Mobile Banking app:

a) Log in with your OCBC Velocity login credentials
b) Next, enter your OneToken PIN/ OCBC OneTouch (fingerprint)

How do I use OCBC OneToken to approve transaction requests in OCBC Velocity?

To approve transactions on OCBC Velocity, refer to the following:

a) Select/submit the transaction(s) to be approved.
b) Launch the OCBC Malaysia Business Mobile Banking app on the mobile phone installed with OCBC OneToken.
c) Select OneToken from the menu

d) Click “To approve request” and enter your OneToken PIN/OCBC OneTouch (fingerprint)/OCBC OneLook (Face Recognition)
e) Follow the on-screen instructions to generate a response One-Time-Password (OTP) to approve the transaction(s).

How do I use OneToken to approve transaction requests in mobile?

You can approve transactions in OCBC Malaysia Business Mobile Banking app with the below steps.

a) Select / submit the transaction(s) to be approved
b) Enter your OneToken PIN / OCBC OneTouch
c) Then, key-in the response OTP code shown on your mobile to approve the transaction(s)

Can I use OCBC OneTouch™ (fingerprint ID) or OCBC OneLook for OneToken?

Yes, you can synchronise OneToken PIN with your fingerprint ID or Face ID. Please note that all fingerprints or Face IDs registered on your device can be used to access OCBC OneToken and log in / perform transactions on OCBC Velocity.

Why am I not receiving a push notification for log-in to OCBC Velocity?

Please enable push notification on your mobile phone and ensure stable network connectivity in order to receive the notification for log-in.

Why do I need to allow push notification?

OCBC OneToken allows you to seamlessly log in and for a smoother experience, we encourage you to allow push notifications on OCBC Malaysia Business Mobile Banking app to use OCBC OneToken.

Can I use OCBC OneToken if my mobile device is not connected to service provider network?

Yes, you may use your OCBC OneToken to generate an OTP/ transaction response code even if it is not connected to a network.
