Please following these steps:
1. Disconnect WIFI and connect to mobile data
2. Switch off your phone and switch it on again
3. Go to "Settings" > "Apps & Notification" > "App info" to search for OCBC Business App ("OCBC Business")
4. Select "Storage" and tap on "Clear Cache"
5. Log in again
You will see the OneToken icon in the home menu when your OCBC OneToken is activated.
If you do not see the OneToken icon in the menu, please retry after 60 minutes from the time you submitted the activation request.
Should the problem persist after 60 minutes, please call us at (603) 8317 5200 (Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm, excluding public holidays).
If you are logging in to OCBC Velocity (Business Internet Banking):
a) Log in with your OCBC Velocity login credentials
b) A push notification will be sent to the mobile phone installed with OCBC OneToken
c) Tap on the notification and enter your OneToken PIN/ OCBC OneTouch (fingerprint)
If you are logging in from OCBC Malaysia Business Mobile Banking app:
a) Log in with your OCBC Velocity login credentials
b) Next, enter your OneToken PIN/ OCBC OneTouch (fingerprint)
To approve transactions on OCBC Velocity, refer to the following:
a) Select/submit the transaction(s) to be approved.
b) Launch the OCBC Malaysia Business Mobile Banking app on the mobile phone installed with OCBC OneToken.
c) Select OneToken from the menu
d) Click “To approve request” and enter your OneToken PIN/OCBC OneTouch (fingerprint)/OCBC OneLook (Face Recognition)
e) Follow the on-screen instructions to generate a response One-Time-Password (OTP) to approve the transaction(s).
You can approve transactions in OCBC Malaysia Business Mobile Banking app with the below steps.
a) Select / submit the transaction(s) to be approved
b) Enter your OneToken PIN / OCBC OneTouch
c) Then, key-in the response OTP code shown on your mobile to approve the transaction(s)
Yes, you can synchronise OneToken PIN with your fingerprint ID or Face ID. Please note that all fingerprints or Face IDs registered on your device can be used to access OCBC OneToken and log in / perform transactions on OCBC Velocity.
Please enable push notification on your mobile phone and ensure stable network connectivity in order to receive the notification for log-in.
