Real Estate

The Real Estate Department was set up in April 2003 and is currently handling all real estate related transactions where the major source of revenue is derived from real estate activities or investments.

Real Estate is divided into Middle Market and Large Corporate based on the following classifications :-

Middle Market - company or group with turnover up to RM150.0 million or minimum group borrowings of RM5.0 million.

Large Corporate - company or group with turnover of above RM150.0 million or listed on Bursa Kuala Lumpur.

Facilities can be arranged for customers on a bilateral basis or through loan syndication, a club deal or the capital market -depending on their requirements and complexities. We offer a choice of financing options, ranging from traditional overdraft and term loan to capital market instruments. Example of facilities granted to customers include land loans, bridging loans and commercial property loans.

Besides traditional financing, we have also arranged end-purchaser financing, insurance tie-ups, merchant credit card services and other services peripheral to property development.
