Small Entrepreneur Guarantee Scheme

Guarantee cover for small entrepreneurs with viable business venture.

  Eligibility
 Business Enterprise based on the definition of SMEs*
 Malaysian-owned and controlled companies registered under the Companies Act 1965, the Co-operative Societies Act 1993 and entrepreneurs registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia or any other authoritative body
 No multiple guarantees are allowed
 No adverse financial record

  Features
 Interest rate of BLR + 1.0% (Bumiputera) or BLR + 1.5% (Non-Bumiputera)
 Loan facility of RM10,000 to RM50,000
 Facility could be in the form of term loan and/or overdraft
 Maximum tenure of five (5) years
 Guarantee fee of 1.25% to be paid in advance to CGC annually
